Domestic services:

Kurier Standard

Courier service, which is particularly aimed at residential customers accepting late night deliveries. It is available for shipments up to 50 kg in domestic service or up to 25 kg and standard dimensions in international service. If the weight exceeds 50 kg in domestic service, InPost adds a fee as for a Standard Pallet shipment. Collection of shipments from customers takes place 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) until 5 pm, and the guaranteed delivery time is 5 business days. The service provides a second delivery attempt or, with the recipient's consent, delivery to the nearest InPos Customer Service Point

Paczkomat® InPost

Paczkomat® InPost is the world's largest network for self-service parcel pickup and drop-off, with over 25.000 machines in Poland. The machines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service combines a low price with an extremely fast delivery time (1-2 business days), as well as convenience and freedom of pickup for the customer.

InPost International

A service that allows a shipment to be sent to 7 European countries using two delivery methods — to Paczkomat parcel machines and to PaczkoPunkt pick-up points, of which there are almost 40.000 outside of Poland. The shipment can be tracked in real time on the locate subpage

InPost International allows you to send parcels to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The delivery time for international shipments depends on the destination. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days, starting from the next business day after the parcel is posted. In France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands, InPost has acquired the Mondial Relay brand, which has been integrated into the InPost International network.
